The Model generator is broken down into Models Subjects
and Questions that you can define and then append up to 10 choices of answer.
Each answer can have text appended which can be automatically pasted into the
Care Plan events/reports in either staff or service users files.
The models have no limit to questions or subjects and
any assessment system can be accommodated.

are defined and can be linked to the care plan subjects or left stand alone.
Assessment Questions
Each
subject can have as many questions as desired with each question having up
to 10 answers.
Each answer allows a score either + or - and relates to
the model subject score range you enter. Thus allowing variable scores based on
selected answers questions can be linked or skipped depending on the previous
answer given and the question can allow either free text entry answer or fixed
text.
